can't you provide an up to date source package ?

Here is the git clone

flamerobin-flamerobin-git

this is what we use in debian experimental mostly

http://packages.debian.org/source/experimental/flamerobin


I will try today to regenerate the autoconf files ,

I have commented on the bug , i have done the changes on supporting aarch64
