SQL generation bug for nullability change

Hi,

In FR 0.9.3.2106 I just tried to change nullability of a couple of
columns using the column property dialog.

The generated SQL looks like this:

UPDATE RDB$RELATION_FIELDS SET RDB$NULL_FLAG = NULL
WHERE RDB$FIELD_NAME = '"Name"' AND RDB$RELATION_NAME = 'Company';

As you can see, the column name is double quoted inside the string
literal. This is incorrect.

I have "Quote names only when needed" and "Treat quote characters like
other characters" unchecked. Any other settings you may want to know?

Thanks for the report, hopefully fixed in SVN revision #2210.  Could you
please try whether things work correctly now, thanks.  I'm currently
uploading new snapshot builds.
