new system templates not included in makefiles

Hi,

While preparing an snapshot Debian package (revision 2210) it occurred
to me that the two new files under sys-templates (save_as_csv.confdef
and save_as_csv.template) aren't installed by 'make install'.

Tracking it down, it seems the flamerobin.bkl file needs to be updated
(lines 568-571) and the makefiles re-generated.
